Hi All! I am currently pursuing my Bachelor’s in Biology at University of Washington (Bothell). When I am not in class or doing my homework, you can find me with dogs, cats or horses. I work part-time as a veterinary assistant for a small animal hospital in Bellevue, Washington. I am so grateful to have the opportunity to spend time with different animals throughout the weeks. I am doing an internship with an equine doctor in Snohomish, Washington. On my free time, I also come here for horse riding lessons.

Every other Sunday, my partner and I volunteer at the Young Marines in Seattle, Washington. Because we are both Marines veterans, we find it meaningful and rewarding to be around other veterans and mentoring children what they can’t learn from school. Coming from a military background, it definitely taught me determination and perseverance.
